Sundogs to Host 2nd Annual 'Teddy Bear Toss' Saturday, December 18

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League announced today they will host their second annual 'Teddy Bear Toss' on Saturday, Dec. 18 as the team hosts the defending Ray Miron Presidents' Cup Champion Rapid City Rush.

Fans are encouraged to bring new teddy bears and stuffed animals to the game on December 18 and will be asked to throw the stuffed animals onto the ice after the Sundogs score their first goal.

All stuffed animals collected during the game will be donated to Toys for Tots and Andrea's Closet as well as other non-profit agencies throughout Northern Arizona.

About Toys for Tots: The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community, delivering a message of hope.
