Bucks' Plumhoff Works 1,000th Career Game

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced that equipment manager Chris Plumhoff worked his 1,000th career game Friday night at Laredo Energy Arena.

"We are extremely proud of Chris for reaching 1,000 career games, it's quite an honor," said Bucks President/General Manager and Head Coach Terry Ruskowski. "To have the career he's had is outstanding. He's a very hard worker who has the respect of co-workers, players and everyone in the game of hockey. Here's to another 1,000 games."

In his career the 38-year-old Plumhoff has worked in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, WCHL, UHL and CHL. Plumhoff has worked for 11 teams in his professional career, including in the NHL for the Washington Capitals from 1990-1996.

Plumhoff, from Baltimore, Maryland, worked outside of hockey from 2006 until he joined the Bucks in September of 2010.
