Stingrays Gameday: Stingrays Ring In The New Year Against Florida

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays swim against Florida Everblades tonight at 7:05 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum. Tonight is the fourth of 13 scheduled meetings between the two teams this season and the first since October 31.

Tonight is also FREE PARKING! Be sure to arrive early to get your confetti and noise maker to help count down the New Year!

The Stingrays return to action Wednesday, January 6 at 7:00 p.m. against the Charlotte Checkers at Time Warner Cable Arena. Listen to the game LIVE at www.stingrayshockey.com ! The Rays return to North Charleston Coliseum Sunday, January 10 at 4:00 p.m. against the Gwinnett Gladiators. Join the Stingrays on Sunday for Kid's Day featuring $5 kid's tickets and a pregame kid's carnival. It is also Adopt-a-Dog Sunday with Camp Bow Wow. Note of the Night: Stingrays rookie Dain Prewitt recorded his first professional two-goal game and had three assists against Charlotte last Sunday.

Fornataro Continues to Stay Hot Stingrays forward Matt Fornataro is currently on a league-best eleven-game point streak (9g, 8a) and ranks 5th overall in the ECHL with 18 goals and 17 assists for 35 points. The Calgary, AB native is also on a four-game goal streak with five tallies.

Lead by Example Forward Trent Campbell is currently on a five-game point streak with five points (2g, 3a) and has four goals and eight assists in his last 12 games.

Gator Wrestling Stingrays forward Gregg Johnson and defenseman Dylan Yeo are tied for the team lead with three points against the Everblades.
