Steelheads Weekly Report: Nov. 14 Steelheads travel to face Admirals

Morning skate will be held at approximately 10:15am on game days. Media availability will be held immediately following all practices and morning skates.

Boise, ID- After taking two of three games on home ice against the Adirondack Thunder, the Steelheads head out on the road for three games against another Eastern Conference opponent in Virginia. The Steelheads will visit the Norfolk Admirals for their first ever meetings, playing Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Player Notes:

- F Jefferson Dahl's career-long points streak ended at ten games on Saturday. He scored 4 goals and 15 points during his streak. - F Joe Basaraba has scored goals in three of his last four games since scoring the shootout winner in Colorado on 11/4 - Basaraba scored Idaho's first short-handed goal of the season on Saturday. - D Brandon Anselmini has points in six of last eight games (0-7-7). Tied for second in ECHL with 5 PP assists. - D Joe Faust is tied for league lead among defenseman with 4 goals. - F David Glen recorded his first career multi-point game on Saturday with two assists. - F Will Merchant has three career goals, all of them on the power play. - G Branden Komm is 2-0 in shootouts and has stopped all eight shooters.

Team Notes:

- The Steelheads have won six of their last eight games. - Idaho has scored power play goals in 11 of 13 games, their 24% success rate ranked 2nd in the ECHL - The Steelheads are a perfect 3-0 in the shootout and have not surrendered a goal in the shootout. - The Steelheads have not lost consecutive games in regulation since the first two games of the season. - The Steelheads won back-to-back games over the Thunder after surrendering the game' first goal. - The Steelheads have game-winning goals from four different players in four non-shootout wins. - Steelheads have scored three goals or more in nine of 13 games.
