Stars Suspend Berenzweig

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies National Hockey League (NHL) affiliate, the Dallas Stars, announced today that they have suspended defenseman Andrew "Bubba" Berenzweig indefinitely for leaving his assigned minor league club without permission.

Berenzweig was acquired by the Stars from the Nashville Predators on February 17, 2003 in exchange for Jon Sim. The fifth year professional has played 47 games with Utah over the past two seasons.

The Grizzlies host the Houston Aeros tonight at the 'E' Center. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
