Sound Tigers Team Shop Expands For Holidays

BRIDGEPORT, CT â Need to do some holiday shopping? The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, the top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have announced their Team Shop at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard will be expanded and will stay open for extended holiday hours starting tomorrow, Thursday, December 4th.
The Sound Tigers Team Shop is located next to the Harbor Yard box office and will be open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and up until 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday. The Team Shop will be open for extended hours through Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24th.
A second room has been added to the Team Shop and filled with the latest Sound Tigers souvenirs and apparel including pucks, miniature sticks, Sound Tigers dolls and bobble heads, hats, t-shirts, golf shirts, sweatshirts, turtle necks, jackets, authentic and replica jerseys, special Sound Tigers holiday gift packs and more. The Sound Tigers will visit the Albany River Rats this Friday at 7 p.m. and will host the Hershey Bears this Saturday at 7:05 p.m. and the Hartford Wolf Pack this Sunday at 4:05 p.m. Friday's road game will be broadcast live on 600 WICC-AM and at www.soundtigers.com beginning at 6:45 p.m. This weekend's home games will be web cast only at www.soundtigers.com.
Sound Tigers individual-game tickets are on sale at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard box office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and on all game days, as well as on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 203-368-1000.
