Center Travis Morin set up Fraser, who snapped his team-leading 17th tally of the year past Dov Grumet-Morris at 13:38. The Rampage countered with its third power-play goal of the game at 15:22. Kennedy scored his second goal of the night off a wrist shot from the top of the right-wing circle in the Texas zone.
