Brett Siddall then brought in the winning runs for the Lake Monsters with a two-out, two-run double to center in the tenth. Corey Miller (1) retired the Spikes in order, with one strikeout, to earn the save and end the game.

State College's first run scored in the third when Dennard walked, moved to third on Acevedo's double, and crossed the plate on a fielder's choice from Pritchard.
