Justin Sourdif scored a power play goal and a short handed marker Monday afternoon at Rogers Place as the Edmonton Oil Kings doubled the Winnipeg ICE 6-3.

Josh Williams also scored twice while singles came from Carter Souch and Jake Neighbours. Edmonton takes three of four games from the ICE during their four game regular season series.

Carson Lambos and Matthew Savoie replied for Winnipeg, who built a 2-0 first period lead.

Edmonton turned the game in their favour with four unanswered goals in the second period.

The Oil Kings out shot the ICE 35-25. Sebastian Cossa earned the victory in goal while Daniel Hauser suffered just his second regulation loss of the season.

Edmonton went 2/4 on the powerplay, Winnipeg was 2/5.

The ICE continue their seven game road trip Wednesday in Lethbridge versus the Hurricanes at 8:00pm Central (7:30 pregame show on CFRW 1290).
