Selected 1st, 15th overall, by the NY Islanders in the 2003 NHL draft

You were born in Calgary, but where do you call home? Stockholm, Sweden.

So, what is it like being back in North America? Between my dad (Kent) playing in the NHL and my family owning a house in Florida, I actually spent a lot of time over here growing up, so it hasn't been much of an adjustment at all.

What kind of advice have you received from your dad? Nothing really specific; he just told me to play hard all of the time and don't turn over the puck.

Where is the strangest place you've played? Russia. Moscow and St. Petersburg are nice, but most of the other places the food isn't too good, and you can't really go out.

You shouldn't go out or you're not allowed out? A little of both!

What is your biggest achievement as a hockey player? Taking the big step this year and playing in the NHL.

Wednesday, December 7th - Third-annual, educationally-themed "Cool Fun 101" morning home game vs. Hershey at 11 a.m.

Thursday, December 8th - STORM and JODY ROBINSON will attend the "Swim Across The Sound" Sports Gala & Auction at the Omni Hotel in New Haven at 6 p.m.

Friday, December 9th - Road game vs. Norfolk at 7:15 p.m.

Saturday, December 10th - STORM will attend the Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Bridgeport Holiday Party at the Burroughs Center on Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport at 2 p.m.

Saturday, December 10th - Road game vs. Hershey at 7 p.m.

Sunday, December 11th - Road game vs. Hershey at 5 p.m.

Friday, December 16th - Home game vs. Lowell at 7:35 p.m. Fairfield Town Night & Holiday Food Drive.

Saturday, December 17th - Road game vs. Hartford at 7 p.m.

Sunday, December 18th - Home game vs. Norfolk at 4:05 p.m. Shelton Town Night & Teddy Bear Toss.
