Lee and Thompson Recalled From Trenton

BRIDGEPORT, CT - The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have recalled forwards Mark Lee and Chris Thompson from the ECHL's Trenton Titans. Lee and Thompson were recalled by the Sound Tigers this past Saturday and returned to Trenton following two games over the weekend.

Lee made his AHL debut in the Sound Tigers' 3-0 home win over the Philadelphia Phantoms Saturday and has two goals, two assists, four points and ten penalty minutes in ten ECHL games with the Titans this season. Thompson appeared in his first two games with the Sound Tigers this past weekend and is tied for Trenton's team lead with six goals and also has two assists, eight points and 29 penalty minutes in 17 ECHL games this season.

The Sound Tigers will finish a three-game homestand when they host the Hershey Bears tomorrow, Wednesday, December 7th, at 11 a.m. in the third-annual, educationally-themed "Cool Fun 101" morning game. The Sound Tigers will then play three straight road games visiting the Norfolk Admirals this Friday, December 9th at 7:15 p.m. and Hershey this Saturday, December 10th at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 11th at 5 p.m. All Sound Tigers games are web-cast live at www.soundtigers.com.
