Sound Tigers Reassign Matt Duffy

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Oct. 4, 2010) - The Sound Tigers announced today that they have reassigned defenseman Matt Duffy to the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL.

Duffy is the third player from Sound Tigers Training Camp to be reassigned to the K-Wings. Steve Tarasuk and Corey Syvret were reassigned to Kalamazoo earlier today.

A Windham, Maine native, Duffy spent the majority of last season with the Florida Everblades of the ECHL. He also appeared in 11 games for the AHL's Rochester Americans, scoring a goal and recording four assists in his time with the Amerks.
