Soucy Reassigned from Hershey

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots, under the new ownership group of Hockey Enterprises of Pensacola L.L.C. with owner Tim Kerr, announced that forward Jean Francois Soucy has been reassigned from the Hershey Bears of the AHL to the Pensacola Ice Pilots.

Soucy played in 8 games with Hershey picking up 2 assists and 12 penalty minutes. He has played in 32 games with the Ice Pilots this season scoring 6 goals, 7 assists for 13 points and picked up 96 penalty minutes.

The Ice Pilots will play at Texas on Friday night at 7:05 p.m. Fans can hear the game on the Ice Pilots Hockey Network with flagship station WCOA AM 1370, mediacom TV guide channel 51, cox media channel 2 or 22 and on icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue.

The Ice Pilots will play at home vs. Louisiana at 7:05 p.m. It is Escambia Employee Appreciation Night. All Escambia Employees will receive up to $5 off a ticket at the Civic Center box office by showing their ID badge. With it being Super Bowl weekend, fans who wear their favorite NFL jersey, t-shirt or hat to the game will receive $2 off a ticket at the box office. A broom ball game and a tug a war game will take place during the intermission.
