
Doell Reassigned to Gladiators

The Gwinnett Gladiator announced today that rookie forward Kevin Doell was reassigned to the Gladiators from the American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves.
Doell returns to the Gladiators after appearing in six games with the Wolves and registering a goal and an assist. The Saskatoon, Sask. native's only goal proved to be the game winner for the Wolves in a 5-1 victory over Utah on January 24th.
The 5-foot-10, 190 pound forward is second on the Gladiators in scoring with 35 points off of 13 goals and 22 assists in 34 games with the Gladiators. In seven games since Doell was recalled to the Wolves on January 6th, the Gladiators posted a 1-6-0 record including two shutouts in that span.
Doell should be available for the Gladiators 7:35 p.m. match up with the Columbia Inferno in Columbia on Friday.
The Gladiators are back in action on Friday as they travel to Columbia to take on the Inferno in a 7:35 p.m. tilt at the Carolina Coliseum.
