Mississippi Changes Start Times Monday Through Thursday
January 29, 2004 - ECHL (ECHL)
Mississippi Sea Wolves News Release
BILOXI, Miss. â Bo McMurphy, President and Governor of the Mississippi Sea Wolves announced today that the start times for home games, Monday through Thursday, will now begin at 6:35 p.m. rather than 6:05 p.m.
"We want to accommodate as many fans as possible," said McMurphy. "With the puck dropping a half-hour later, fans have a better chance to arrive on time. It's also still early enough that children can be home in good time for school the next day."
There are six Mississippi home games affected by the time change during the regular season, including the next Sea Wolves home game on Tuesday, February 3 against Florence. Games also include February 10 vs. Texas, February 17 vs. San Diego, March 2 vs. Pensacola, March 11 vs. Texas and March 16 vs. Pensacola.
The Sea Wolves will be looking to extend their season high eight-game winning streak at 7:05 p.m. tomorrow against the Louisiana IceGators at the Cajundome in Lafayette. The game broadcast starts at 6:50 p.m. with the Nextel Pregame Show on ESPN Radio WXBD-AM 1490 and online at msseawolves.com.
Flex packs, discounted group tickets and fundraiser opportunities are available by telephone at (228) 275-WOLF.
Individual game tickets can be purchased at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum box office, all TicketMaster locations and by calling (228) 594-3707.
