Shoppers Drug Mart Fans Choice Voting Returns

Brandon, Manitoba - Shoppers Drug Mart wants your vote!
The popular Brandon pharmacy has again joined forces with the Brandon Wheat Kings to give western Manitoba hockey fans the opportunity to choose the Fans' Choice Award winner for the 2018-19 Western Hockey League season.
Beginning this week, fan balloting will be available at both Shoppers Drug Mart locations in Brandon as well as online at www.wheatkings.com. Wheat Kings' fans can also cast a vote by visiting BDO Fan Services during all Wheat Kings' home games at Westman Place, including this Saturday's game against the visiting Regina Pats.
The Deadline to enter is Sunday, March 10th at midnight, with the winner to be unveiled during Fan Appreciation and Awards Night on Saturday, March 16th.
Recent winners of the hockey club's Fans Choice Award have included the likes of Jordan Papirny, Matt Calvert and Michael Ferland. Ferland currently skates with the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes while Calvert is a member of the Colorado Avalanche.
Shoppers Drug Mart has been the presenting sponsor of this prestigious fan vote for the past fourteen seasons.
Brandon begins the week with a record of 19-18-3-3 following a sweep of their 2-game weekend doubleheader with the visiting Kootenay Ice.
