Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (4-5-1-1) wrap up their two-game set against the Idaho Steelheads (5-4-1-0), tonight, at the Cow Palace. This is the third of five meetings between these two clubs this season. Neither of their first two games could be decided in regulation. In the season series, Idaho holds the edge four points to two.

Last night, the Bulls lost a heartbreaker to the Steelheads, 4-3, in a shootout. San Francisco held a one-goal advantage heading into the final seconds, before Idaho found the equalizer with 36.9 seconds to play in regulation. After a scoreless overtime, the game went to a shootout, where in the sixth round Idaho netted the game-winner. Rob Linsmayer, Dean Ouellet, and Kyle Bigos scored for the Bulls in regulation. Bigos, Brett Findlay, Damon Kipp, Mark Lee, and Chris Crane all registered assists. Tyler Beskorowany had another good night, stopping 31 of 34 shots.

In the wake of losing a couple of players to injury, Bigos and Ouellet have stepped up nicely. Bigos has been providing some much-needed offense from the blue line. After his two-point effort last night, he is now riding a three-game point streak. On the season, he leads the team with a +3, and leads all Bulls defensemen in goals (2) and points (5). Ouellet has hit a hot streak of his own, having scored a goal in each of the last three games. He now has a share of the team lead in goals with three on the year.

J.P. Anderson, the Worcester Sharks prospect, is expected to be in net for one of the next two games, giving Beskorowany some rest during this stretch of three games in three days. In Anderson's two starts this year he has performed well, despite not having a win to show for it. He has stopped 41 of 45 shots, good for a save percentage of 0.911, and a 2.02 goals against average.

San Francisco will be looking to slow down forward Mitch Wahl. He scored two goals last night, including the game-tying tally in the waning seconds of the third period. He now has 10 points (4g, 6a) in his past seven contests.

San Francisco is in sixth place in the Western Conference with ten points. They are two points behind Idaho, who sits in fifth place with 12 points.

Tonight, the Bulls are celebrating Movember and Cancer Awareness Night, presented by Seton Medical Center. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a fake moustache.

Tomorrow afternoon, the Bull finish up their three-game home stand when the Ontario Reign come to town. The game starts at 2:15pm. It's Filipino Heritage Celebration, presented by 7 Mile House Sports Bar, Grill and Live Music. Plus, the first 1,000 kids, 13 and under receive a Disney's "Frozen" puck giveaway. Recology is also hosting a Coats for Kids Drive. Donate a gently used coat and receive a $2 off voucher for any December Bulls game.
