Senators Return Home for Eight-Game Homestand

Harrisburg, PA - The Senators return home from their longest road trip of the season to play their longest homestand of the season beginning Tuesday night against the Altoona Curve. The Sens play four games against Altoona followed by four games against Erie. In addition to all the nightly entertainment, the Senators have three special events happening and they are also listed below.

Tuesday, June 26, at 7:00 p.m. against the Altoona Curve, gates open at 6:00 p.m.

- Karns Food Max Saver Tuesdays presented by Karns Foods. Buy 1 Ticket, Get 1 Free from Karns with purchase. Maximum purchase of 4 tickets. Bring your Karns receipt to a Tuesday Senators home game for a steal of a deal! Valid only for reserved, box, field box and dugout box seats.

- Salute to Bad Fads Night . Everyone had one, a BAD FAD they wish never invaded their closets or their pocket books, BUT we want to see them. Enjoy Senators Baseball and a bad fad with us at Metro Bank Park! We'll do a countdown of the worst fads.

Wednesday, June 27, at 12:00 p.m. against the Altoona Curve, gates open 11:00 a.m.

- Superhero Day . Everyone has a favorite Superhero, now it's time to dress up and represent them at Metro Bank Park and enjoy Senators baseball!

Thursday, June 28, at 7:00 p.m. against the Altoona Curve, gates open at 6:00 p.m.

- Thirsty Thursday presented by Coors Light and 105.7 The X. Enjoy $2 Coors Light Drafts available on the boardwalk.

- MWE Wrestling . Stay after the game to witness the MWE World Title Wrestling Match and see their special brand of wrestling! We promise they are worth the wait!

Friday, June 29, at 7:00 p.m. against the Altoona Curve, gates open at 5:30 p.m.

- 40-inch Flatscreens & Fireworks Friday Night presented by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and WINK 104. The Senators are giving away a 40-inch flatscreen TV once per inning for the first nine innings. All fans 18-and-over are eligible to register to win. Stay after the game and watch a spectacular post-game fireworks show.

- Paint the Park Pink. Come watch the Senators support the fight for breast cancer by wearing Pink Jerseys! Take home the jerseys right off their backs through an auction during and after the game which supports Feel Your Boobies, the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition, and the American Cancer Society-Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Saturday, June 30, at 7:00 p.m. against the Erie SeaWolves, gates open at 5:30 p.m.

- Adult Jersey Giveaway presented by Metro Bank, WINK 104, and HOT 93.5. The first 1,000 fans 13 and older receive a free Senators adult jersey.

- Kids Run the Bases presented by Direct Energy takes place post-game.

Sunday, July 1, at 2:00 p.m. against the Erie SeaWolves, gates open at 12:30 p.m.

Rite Aid wellness+ Sunday presented by Rite Aid, CBS 21, CW 15, BOB 94.9, The River, & WHP 580

- Pre-game catch on the field prior to the game

- Kids Eat Free. Every fan 12-and-under receives a free meal on Sunday. Vouchers are available near the front gate and can be redeemed at several concession stands throughout the park.

- Adults receive a $2 discount when presenting their Ride Aid wellness + card at the box office prior to the game.

- Free admission to kids 12-and-under who are members of the Capital BlueCross Kids Club (Maximum of two kids per paying adult. Tickets are good for box or reserved seats and are only available at the box office on Sunday)

- Rascal's Birthday/Mascot Mania . Come one, come all as Rascal celebrates his birthday with all of his mascot friends at Metro Bank Park! Get your picture taken with your favorite mascot(s).

- Kids Run the Bases takes place post-game.

Monday, July 2, at 7:00 p.m. against the Erie SeaWolves, gates open at 6:00 p.m.

- Applebee's Military Monday presented by Applebee's and WHP 580 . Every Monday home game this season, current military members, veterans and their families are able to purchase half-price tickets. This offer is valid for all seating areas except the all-you-can-eat seats, club seats, and luxury suites. In addition, military past and present receive a coupon for a free hamburger at Applebee's.

Tuesday, July 3, at 7:00 p.m. against the Erie SeaWolves, gates open at 5:30 p.m.

- Independence Day Fireworks Show presented by PA Lottery and WINK 104 . The Senators aren't home on July 4, so come celebrate the holiday one night early with the Senators. It'll be a special night at the ballpark with the best fireworks show of the season post-game.

- Patriotic Jersey Night presented by the Police Athletic League. The Senators are wearing special patriotic jerseys with a silent auction taking place during the game and a live auction after the game giving all fans the opportunity to own a Senators' jersey! The proceeds support the Police Athletic League in Harrisburg.

In addition to the great things planned during the games, the Senators have two special events happening during the upcoming homestand.

Thursday, June 28th and Friday, June 29th the Senators hold their annual baseball camp. The camp is for children ages 7 to 14 with the cost $80.00 which includes a t-shirt, lunch both days, a ticket to the game Thursday night and instruction from Senators' Manager Matt LeCroy and several players. The camp is divided into two sessions with session one from 8:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. both days for age's seven to nine and with session two from 10:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. both days and for ages ten to fourteen.

On Saturday, June 30th, the Senators 11th Annual 5k Race takes place. The 5k begins at 8:30 a.m. with a FREE Kids Fun Run at 8:00 a.m. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. at Metro Bank Park. Registration is $25 and includes a t-shirt, ticket voucher good for any game, and the top three in several different age groups receive a medal. The top overall male and female runner will receive a plaque and will throw out the first pitch at a future Senators home game.

Wednesday, July 4th the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra will be conducting their annual Independence Day Concert at Metro Bank Park. The event is free and the Senators' concession stands will be open. Gates open at 6:45 p.m. for the 7:45 p.m. concert. This was a huge success last year so plan to spend the evening at the ballpark, minus the Senators, and enjoy some great music and the City's fireworks after the show!

Tickets are available on game days 10:00 a.m. until the end of the game, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until the end of the game. Box office hours on non-game days are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available via telephone during the same hours as the box office hours. Tickets are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, online at www.senatorsbaseball.com.
