OVERVIEW - The SeaWolves and Akron Aeros meet for the first of 22 times in 2006 beginning Monday night at Jerry Uht Park. With the unbalanced Eastern League schedule, the SeaWolves host the Aeros for 16 games, while Erie travels to Akron for only six. Akron is one of the hottest teams in the Eastern League. Prior to dropping two-straight in Bowie, the Aeros rattled off seven straight to overtake first place in the Southern Division (They currently sit in second place). The SeaWolves are coming off of a successful trip to Harrisburg that saw the team take two of three from the Senators.
