
Scout Night, Golden Ticket and Bravest Vs. Finest

BRIDGEPORT, CT - The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, will host the Springfield Falcons this Saturday at 7:05 p.m. and the Norfolk Admirals this Sunday at 1:05 p.m. before beginning a stretch of seven straight road games when they visit Norfolk next Friday and Saturday, March 10th and 11th.
This Saturday will be "Scout Night" with the annual scout sleepover. $27.50 per person for the sleepover includes a ticket to the game, a special Sound Tigers / Scout patch, a post-game skate, a movie on the video board and breakfast Sunday morning. Advanced purchased is required for the "Scout Night" sleepover, and participants must bring their own skates for the open skate.
This Saturday will also be "Weston Night" with specially-priced tickets for Weston residents.
Sunday will be "Golden Ticket Day" featuring an added twist to the Ice Girls and Storm throwing Painter's Supply t-shirts into the stands during the intermissions. There will be three lucky tickets-- one bronze, one silver and one gold --concealed in three of the t-shirts Sunday. The bronze ticket will be good for a voucher for two tickets to the Sound Tigers' first home 2006 playoff game. The silver ticket will be good for a pass for two people for all of the Sound Tigers' home, first-round 2006 playoff games. The golden ticket will be good for a two-person pass for all Sound Tigers' home 2006 playoff games.
Following Sunday's game, the Sound Tigers will also host the Bravest vs. Finest as the Bridgeport Fire Department and Police Department face-off in a charity hockey game to benefit the WICC Holiday Children's Fund. A $12 ticket includes admission to both of Sunday's games.
