Scott Fletcher Recalled To Providence

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Scott Fletcher has been recalled to the Providence Bruins of the AHL. In separate transactions announced today, the Royals also (i) activated defenseman Eric Werner from the 3-Day Injured Reserve; and (ii) activated forward Stefano Giliati from the 7-Day Injured Reserve. In sixteen games with the Royals this season, Fletcher has scored two goals, assisted on another (three points) and picked up thirty-four penalty minutes, while playing to a team leading plus-6 (+6). Both Werner and Giliati have missed the last three games for the Royals while on the Injured Reserve.

This Royals return to action tonight, when the team kicks off a three game set against the Trenton Devils. Tonight (December 4, 7:00 pm), Reading travels to Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey to face the Devils. The two teams meet up again at the Sovereign Center in Reading on Saturday night (7:05 pm) and finish the three game series in Trenton on Sunday afternoon (4:00 pm). The Royals game night broadcast on the Royals Radio Network Presented by Transmissions by Arbogast kicks off thirty-minutes before game time each night.
