SHOTS FROM THE POINT
BIG SCORE: The Rampage's 7-0 win over Milwaukee on Saturday tied their season-high goal total from their opening night (7-1 win vs Iowa). It missed their all-time high of eight set back on Mar. 13, 2003 vs. Chicago (8-1 win).
NICE FIRST IMPRESSION: Alex Auld stopped 24 shots in his San Antonio debut to pitch the Rampage's second shutout of the season in Saturday's 7-0 whitewashing of Milwaukee. It was his 11th shutout in his AHL career (13th professional).
MULTI GOAL MOJO: Forwards Joel Perrault and Josh Gratton each scored a pair of goals in a 7-0 win over Milwaukee on 11/24. It was the 9th and 10th time this season a Rampage player has scored multiple goals in a game. San Antonio is 7-0-0-1 when a player scores multiple goals.
Ice Chips
POWER PLAY ERUPTS: The Rampage were 0-23 on the power play until exploding for three power-play goals on four chances on Saturday. It was a season-high for power-play goals in a game, eclipsing the previous total of two accomplished six other times.
HOME STRETCH: Last Saturday, the Rampage opened an 11-game home stand. They will play 18 of 20 games at the AT&T Center through Jan. 20, 2008.
