11.21.07 - Worcester 0- W-B Scranton 6 - Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza
The Sharks were shutout for the 2nd time this season in the first ever match up with the Penguins. The Penguins scored four goals in the 2nd period and Ty Conklin made 28 saves in net for W-B Scranton. Dmitri Patzold made 33 saves in his first start of the season in the loss.
11.23.07 - Worcester 3 - Manchester 1 - Verizon Wireless Arena
D Derek Joslin scored his first professional goal, a power play goal: 22 seconds into the 2nd period to guide the Sharks to a 3-1 win over the Monarchs. TJ Fox scored his 2nd goal of the season and Ashton Rome scored his 3rd. Dmitri Patzold made 28 saves for his first victory of the season.
11.24.07 - Worcester 4 - Providence 5 Shootout - DCU Center
In front of a sellout crowd at the DCU Center, the Sharks led 1-0, 2-1, and 3-2 but the Bruins clawed back and won in the shootout. The teams combined for nine fighting major penalties in first period, seven in a line brawl at 6:21 of the first period. Mink, Prudden, Packard, and Iggulden all scored for the Sharks. Dmitri Patzold made 41 saves in the loss.
Sharks swimming upstream:
The Sharks (8-7-1-1) sit in 5th place in the Atlantic Division, six points behind the Pirates and the Falcons. The Sharks trail the Providence Bruins by 11 points for the top spot in the division.
Sharks Bites:
* F Mike Iggulden is 9th in the AHL scoring race with 21 points (10-11-21) and leads the Sharks with 43 shots on goal.
* The Sharks have recorded 18 fighting majors in 17 games this season.
* F Tom Cavanagh leads the Sharks with 5 PPG's
* Rookie Defenseman Derek Joslin leads Sharks D-Men with eight points (1-7-8).
* D Brad Staubitz is 4th in the AHL with 76 penalty minutes.
Roster Moves:
*Dmitri Patzold was sent to Worcester from San Jose on a conditioning stint on November 18th and recalled by San Jose on November 25th.
*Thomas Greiss was recalled by San Jose on November 18th and re-assigned back to Worcester on the 25th.
*F Brady Leisenring was signed to a PTO on November 23.
*C Daniel Sisca was signed to a PTO on November 23rd and releases November 25th.

The Pink mask worn by Thomas Greiss is currently on auction via www.nhl.com. Greiss wore the mask in October and November to generate awareness for breast cancer. The Sharks host the Hartford Wolf Pack at 7:05pm on Friday, November 30th at the DCU Center.
