No outside food or beverages are permitted in the ballpark.
"We had a lot of positive feedback from the fans following the game and fireworks on the Fourth of July last year, so we wanted to find a fun way for families to come to downtown Akron to enjoy the evening and the city of Akron fireworks show," said RubberDucks General Manager Jim Pfander. "We want to thank the City of Akron for working with us to setup this great event, even though we don't have a home game that evening."
Tickets are $5 and children ages 3 and under enter for free, with proceeds benefiting Hattie Larlham. There is also a special $22 package which includes the movie, fireworks, a two-hour all-you-can-eat picnic, and a ticket to the CBS Sports Network-televised July 23 game vs. Altoona.
