Rotary at the Rink a Huge Success

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced today that the inaugural "Rotary at the Rink," held on Saturday, October 27, grossed over $20,000 for the Rotary Foundation of Rotary District 5230.

Over 400 Rotarians attended the game, as well as a pre-game dinner. The Falcons wore special Halloween jerseys which were auctioned off after the game, with proceeds to benefit the Rotary Foundation.

"The Falcons and the Rotary Spirit was alive at Save Mart Center on Saturday night," Falcons CEO John Tull said. "We are proud to raise awareness and money for the Rotary Foundation."

Fresno opens a seven-game road trip on Thursday with a 7:11 p.m. face-off at Phoenix. Catch all of the action on 790 ESPN Radio, The Deuce, starting with the Port of Subs Pre-Game Show at 6:55. Fans are also reminded that Rep's Sports Bar, located on Blackstone between Ashlan and Dakota, airs all 36 Falcons road broadcasts courtesy of the B2 Networks.

The Falcons return home on Saturday, November 24, hosting the Alaska Aces at 7:30 p.m. The first 3,000 fans in attendance receive a Falcons poster, courtesy of Midas and Port of Subs.
