
Rockets Back Home Tuesday vs. Red Deer

The Kelowna Rockets are back on home ice on Tuesday as they welcome the Red Deer Rebels, the host team for the 2016 MasterCard Memorial Cup.
The Rockets are coming off of two impressive road wins in Prince George on the weekend, taking four points off of their BC Division rivals with a 4-3 overtime win Friday and a 6-4 win in regulation on Saturday.
The weekend results have the Rockets sitting in a tie for first place overall in the WHL with a 39-15-3-0 record, tied with Lethbridge and two points ahead of Victoria.
Red Deer is currently third in the WHL Eastern Conference at 35-18-1-2 on the season.
It's the first of two home games this week for Kelowna who will also host Vancouver on Friday before meeting the Giants in Vancouver on Saturday night.
