After three Blazer victories last week, goalie Connor Ingram has been nominated by the WHL for the Vaughn CHL Goaltender of the Week Award.

Ingram went 3-0-0-0 with one shutout for the Blazers this week, posting a stifling 1.64 goals against average and .955 save percentage in those outings.

The 18 year-old netminder started by turning aside 36 shots in the Blazers 3-2 victory against Calgary Hitmen on Monday, February 8th. Ingram then stopped all 34 shots he faced on Friday, February 12th against the Vancouver Giants, en route to a 5-0 Blazers win. The following night, Ingram stopped 35 shots to help the Blazers to a 4-3 overtime win against the Giants. The Imperial, SK native was named the game's first star in all three performances.

It's the second time this season that Ingram has received WHL goalie of the week honours. He improves to 23-13-5-3 in 47 games this season, with a 2.75 goals against average and a .917 save percentage.

The CHL Goaltender of the Week Award for the best goalie in all of the WHL, OHL and QMJHL will be handed out Tuesday.
