Robinson Named Team MVP

Boise, ID - Rookie goaltender Josh Robinson was named Idaho Steelheads team MVP on Saturday night prior to the team's final home game as part of a pre-game awards ceremony at CenturyLink Arena.

The Frankenmuth, MI, product is among the ECHL leaders in wins, shutouts, and save percentage in his first pro season out of Michigan Tech. He is the second consecutive rookie goalie to be named team MVP. Last season, Jerry Kuhn earned the honor.

- Bill Campbell Community Service Award: Scott Todd

- Rookie of the Year: Austin Fyten

- Defenseman of the Year: Matt Case

- CenturyLink Top Star: Austin Smith

- Cal Ingraham Leading Scorer Award: Austin Smith

The ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs, presented by KeyBank, return to CenturyLink Arena on Wednesday and Thursday, April 3 and 4, to open a best-of-seven, first-round matchup against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
