Road Warriors to Celebrate Clemson University on March 22

Greenville, SC: The Greenville Road Warriors, proud ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers, will host Clemson Night on Saturday, March 22nd against the Florida Everblades at 7:00 p.m.

The Road Warriors will salute the Orange Bowl Champions by wearing Clemson-themed specialty jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game. A portion of the proceeds from the live auction will be donated to the Glenn Brackin Memorial Scholarship. The Brackin Scholarship has been established to help Greenville County students pursue a college education at Clemson. Former Clemson athletes are scheduled to appear at the game. The Clemson Tiger, spirit squads, and alumni band are also slated to be in attendance. The Clemson Club, IPTAY, and the Clemson Alumni Association will be on the concourse throughout the game with giveaways and prizes.

"The Greenville Clemson Club is excited to partner with the Road Warriors to celebrate Clemson University's strong ties to the Greenville area, while also raising funds for a scholarship that will help deserving Greenville County students obtain a college education at Clemson," said Rick Ammons, President of the Greenville Clemson Club. "We look forward to a great night of fun and fellowship with the Clemson and Road Warriors families!"

The Road Warriors are offering a special ticket to Clemson students, alumni, and staff as well as any fan interested in supporting the scholarship. Three dollars from each special Clemson ticket will be donated to the Glenn Brackin Memorial Scholarship. The special Clemson tickets can be purchased by visiting GreenvilleRoadWarriors.com. In addition, the first 1000 fans 12 and under will receive a Road Warriors Youth Cap, presented by the Bon Secours St. Francis Health System and 92.5 WESC.

"The Glenn Brackin Memorial Scholarship will help provide access to higher education for Greenville County students and we are honored to be able to help support it."

The Road Warriors are back in action Sunday at 3 p.m. when they host intrastate rivals the South Carolina Stingrays. Sunday is Family Fun Day! Young fans can enjoy a $5 Kids Meal during the game which includes a hot dog, bag of chips and a small soda. Use your BI-LO BONUSCARD to receive up to four free tickets while supplies last in the

Bleed Blue by being a part of Fan Appreciation Night on Saturday, April 5th against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7 p.m. The night will include prizes and giveaways throughout the game and recognition to the best fans in the ECHL!
