Rivermen Coach's Show Resumes Wednesday

Peoria, IL (January 23, 2007) - "X's & O's with Coach Baseggio," the Rivermen coach's radio show, will continue Wednesday, January 24 from 7-8:00 p.m. at Hammer's Bar & Restaurant in Bartonville and air on 95.5 GLO - Peoria's Classic Rock (WGLO - 95.5 FM). Special guests scheduled this week include: Center Yan Stastny and tentatively right wing David Backes.
Rivermen Head Coach Dave Baseggio will highlight the show, which will also air on Tuesday, February 27, Wednesday, March 21 and Wednesday, April 4. Coach Baseggio will be joined by the "Voice of the Rivermen" Norm Ulrich.
Bud Light, in association with Brewers Distributing, is also co-sponsoring the coach's show. Food and drink specials will be available during each show.
On Friday, January 26, the Rivermen face off against the Iowa Stars at 7:30 p.m. It is a Coca-Cola/Insight Date Night, as fans receive two (2) tickets, two (2) Cokes and a tub of popcorn for just $25. The first 2,000 fans receive a 25th Anniversary Puck, courtesy of CEFCU - Your Credit Union. Dave Mackey will appear and sign autographs as part of U.S. Cellular's 25 Greatest Rivermen of All-Time; the first 2,500 fans will receive a Dave Mackey player card. And Claude Scott - the Happy Trumpeter - will appear and entertain the crowd.
