
Rivermen, Brewers Distributing Announce Bud Light Tuesday Nights Out with the Rivermen

Peoria, Ill. (November 5, 2004) â President Bart Rogers of the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL announced today that the team, in association with Brewers Distributing, will host five Bud Light Nights Out with the Rivermen, beginning Tuesday, November 9 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Kouri's Pub at 307 N. Sterling Avenue across from Northwoods Mall.
Each of the remaining months of the season, the Rivermen and Bud Light will team up with a local bar or restaurant to bring fans out on a Tuesday night. Selected Rivermen players will be available for autographs and will be on hand each night to be challenged in Bubble Boy Hockey. There will be special Bud Light beer specials all night long as part of the promotion.
The four other Bud Light Tuesday Nights Out with the Rivermen are: December 14, 2004; January 18, 2005; February 8; and March 1.
The Peoria Rivermen are a proud affiliate of the NHL's St. Louis Blues and a member of the ECHL â The Premier "AA" Hockey League. Peoria continues its ninth season in the 28-team league tonight â Friday, November 5 â when they host the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies in the first of two in a row between the clubs at Carver Arena. Game time is 7:30 p.m. Spider-Man will appear courtesy of Marvel Comics. Tomorrow night â Saturday, November 6, the Rivermen and the Boardwalk Bullies do battle again at 7:00 p.m. There will also be a Goodwill Toy Drive, and fans are encouraged to bring a toy for charity.
