Falcons release Jasko

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons made two roster moves earlier this week in advance of tonight and tomorrow's two-game set with the Alaska Aces and their recently signed forward, two-time Stanley Cup-winner Scott Gomez.
Rookie forward Tomas Jasko was released on Wednesday after appearing in four games this season for the Falcons. His release leaves Fresno with 21 players on its current roster.
In separate moves yesterday, the club then placed winger Lanny Gare on seven-day injured reserve and activated rookie forward John Dahl from the IR. Defenseman Thierry Douville remains on the injured reserve list.
Tickets are still available for tonight and tomorrow's games against the Aces at Save Mart Center. Both games begin at 7 p.m. with seats on sale for as low as $8 per ticket.
