
River Cats Welcome Isotopes for Pre-Independence Day Weekend

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats return to Raley Field this Saturday for pre-Independence Day Weekend. They will kick off a five-game homestand against the Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies) beginning Saturday, June 29. The homestand features Wizarding Night and fan-favorite daily promotions Baseball Bingo Monday and Toyota Family Value Tuesday ($1 hot dogs and desserts). Plus, the homestand finale will feature an Independence Day Eve celebration that will include a special patriotic-themed fireworks extravaganza!
Saturday, June 29 - River Cats vs. Albuquerque Isotopes:
- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.
- Radio Broadcast: Live online at rivercats.com and on the River Cats radio affiliate Money 105.5 FM.
- Wizarding Night: Come decked out in your favorite wizarding outfit for our first-ever Wizarding Night. Compete to win the River Cats House Cup and prepare your taste buds for Raley Field's very own Butterbeer! We will cap the night with a Sutter Health Fireworks show.
- Junior Giants Glove Drive: We are proud to collaborate with the San Francisco Giants to collect gloves for the 12,000 kids in their Junior Giants program who do not have their own glove. Many of these kids live locally and play in Junior Giants leagues in West Sacramento, Sacramento, Southgate, Citrus Heights, Plumas Lake, Woodland, and Rancho Cordova. Fans who bring a glove or a $5 donation for the Junior Giants will receive a specialty Giants Pin.
- Food Trucks: Slider Nation and It's Nacho Truck food trucks will be on the Toyota Home Run Hill.
Sunday, June 30 - Dorados vs. Mariachis de Nuevo México (Albuquerque Isotopes):
- Game Time: First pitch is at 1:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 12:00 p.m.
- Radio Broadcast: Live online at rivercats.com and on the River Cats radio affiliate Money 105.5 FM.
- Dorados de Sacramento: The River Cats will take the field as the Dorados de Sacramento and the ballpark will be filled with music, dancing, and fun for all.
- Raley's Something Extra Sundays: Fans who bring a canned food donation of two items will receive a $5 food and beverage voucher for use at Raley Field food and beverage storefronts and portables.
- Sunday Funday: Sunday Funday features pregame player autographs, face painters, and Kids Run the Bases after the game.
Monday, July 1 - River Cats vs. Albuquerque Isotopes:
- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.

- Independence Eve & Patriotic Jersey Auction: It's Independence Eve! Come celebrate America's greatest pastime with a specialty jersey auction benefitting the American River Bank Foundation, and epic post-game fireworks dedicated to our great nation!
- Food Trucks: Azteca Street Tacos and Nash & Proper food trucks will be on the Toyota Home Run Hill.
