3 THINGS TO KNOW

St. John's Snipers: IceCaps forwards Chris Terry and Charles Hudon both have 21 goals on the season. That feat ties them for the 5 th highest total in the American Hockey League. Terry also sits second in the league in scoring with 50 points.

Positive Play: Defencemen Joel Hanley leads the St. John's IceCaps in +/- this season, registering a plus seven in 48 games.

Road Warriors: The St. John's IceCaps kick off a six-game road trip beginning on Friday against the Rochester Americans. The IceCaps have the second best record in the North Division on the road having picked up 30 points in 28 contests.

Friday, Feb. 24 ALB 3 vs STJ 2 (OT) RECAP Charles Hudon and Mark MacMillan both tallied first period goals, however it wasn't enough as the IceCaps fell to the Devils 3-2 in overtime. Nikita Scherbak picked up an assist on Hudon's goal; Yannick Veilleux added a helper on MacMillan's tally. Charlie Lindgren made 23 saves for St. John's. Saturday, Feb. 25 STJ 5 vs ALB 4 RECAP Charles Hudon and Chris Terry scored 33-seconds apart in the third period as St. John's handed the Albany Devils a 5-4 loss.

Brett Lernout scored his second goal of the season in the first period to open the scoring. Stefan Matteau scored his first goal against his former team - his tenth of the season, in the second. Yann Danis made 29 saves to beat his former team for the first time.
