GENEVA, IL. - Jamie Richmond pitched a perfect game through 5 2/3 innings Thursday night and had a no-hitter through seven en route to leading the Kane County Cougars to a 4-0 victory over the Cedar Rapids Kernels in front of 4,957 at Elfstrom Stadium.
