RHP Kyle Serrano reinstated from injured list and transferred from Quad Cities to Tri-City

Quad Cities River Bandits News Release
The Quad Cities River Bandits, in conjunction with the Houston Astros, have announced the following change to their roster. During Sunday's doubleheader, pitcher Kyle Serrano was reinstated from the injured list and transferred to Tri-City (Short-Season A).
Subtraction:
RHP Kyle Serrano reinstated from injured list and transferred from Quad Cities to Tri-City
The active roster remains full at the 25-player limit.
