Return Leg against Santos Laguna at Olympic Stadium Changed to 8pm

MONTREAL - Concacaf announced Tuesday a kickoff time change to CF Montréal's Round of 16 Concacaf Champions League return leg against Santos Laguna. The return leg at Olympic Stadium will now begin at 8pm ET on Tuesday, February 22 instead of 8:30pm as previously announced.

The first leg in Torréon, Mexico, remains unchanged on Tuesday, February 15 at 10pm ET at Estadio Corona.

All 2022 Members will receive tickets to this deciding match at the Olympic Stadium. 2022 season tickets are now on sale, starting at $35 per month, and include all regular season home games. For more information on season tickets: membres@cfmontreal.com or 514-328-FOOT.

The two clubs will meet for a second time in their shared Champions League history. Prior to joining MLS, Montreal faced the Torreón-based side in the quarterfinal stage of the 2009 tournament. Following a 2-0 home victory on February 25 at the Olympic Stadium, the Club suffered a 5-2 loss in the return leg, in Mexico, on March 5.

The Champions League quarterfinals will be played between March 8-10 and March 15-17, while the semifinals will take place between April 5-7 and April 12-14. The tournament final will be held between April 26-28 and May 3-5. The winning club will earn a berth to the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup as Concacaf's representative.
