MLS SuperDraft 2022 Takes Place Today

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes will be participating in MLS SuperDraft 2022 presented by adidas today, Tuesday, Jan. 11, beginning at 12 p.m. PT. The Quakes currently hold four total picks (8, 36, 64, and 89) in the three-round event.

San Jose currently has seven players on its roster that the team originally acquired in the MLS SuperDraft: Shea Salinas (2008), Jackson Yueill (2017), Paul Marie (2018), Siad Haji (2019), Tanner Beason (2020), Jack Skahan (2020), and George Asomani (2021).

There are 174 players eligible for selection on Tuesday, including players from Stanford, Cal, Santa Clara, Saint Mary's, University of the Pacific, UC Davis, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

How to Watch

The first round of MLS SuperDraft 2022 presented by adidas will kick off at 12 p.m. PT on Tuesday, Jan. 11, with SuperDraft Pre-Show coverage streaming live on , the MLS App, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook , beginning at 11:30 a.m. PT. The broadcast will be hosted by Andrew Wiebe alongside Matt Doyle, Mike Lahoud and Susannah Collins and will feature live look-ins inside Club draft locations, video feeds and interviews from draftees and on-location reporters following the day's top stories.

In addition, the MLS SuperDraft Tracker will update every pick from each round in real time.
