Rampage Sign Forward Josh Dickinson to Amateur Tryout Contract

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage today announced that the club has signed forward Josh Dickinson to an amateur tryout contract. Additionally, the Rampage have reassigned forward Michael Joly to the Colorado Eagles (ECHL).

Dickinson, 20, spent the 2017-18 season with Clarkson University, where he collected 26 points (15g/11a) in 40 games in his freshman campaign for the Golden Knights. His 15 goals ranked second on the team and he finished seventh in overall scoring and second among Clarkson's first-year players.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound center played the previous three seasons with the Georgetown Raiders of the Ontario Junior Hockey League, accumulating 142 career points (56g/86a) in 153 games and serving as an alternate captain in 2015-16 before being named the club's captain in 2016-17.

Joly ranks second in points for the Eagles this season with 62 points (39g/23a) in 50 games, including a league-leading 39 goals. The 5-foot-11, 172-pound forward has tallied seven points (3g/4a) in 19 games with the Silver and Black during the 2017-18 campaign.

The Rampage begin a two-game series against the Cleveland Monster on Friday, April 6 at 6 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena.
