
Roadrunners Sign Melancon to Professional Tryout

TUCSON, AZ - The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, announced today that the club has signed defenseman T.J. Melancon to a professional tryout.
The 21-year-old has registered 15 goals and 28 assists for a total of 43 points in 58 games this season with the Norfolk Admirals of the ECHL. On Wednesday, Melancon was named to the ECHL's All-Rookie Team.
At 6'2" - 201 lbs., Melancon is in his first year of professional hockey following three seasons with the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
