Rampage Reduce Roster by Seven

SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 6, 2014) - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon announced Monday the club has released F Erik Higby, F Francis Beauvillier, F Joe Basaraba, F Stephan Vigier and D Andrew Blazek and reassigned G Sam Brittain and F Wade Megan to the team's ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones. Higby will join the Missouri Mavericks of the Central Hockey League (CHL).
San Antonio's roster now stands at 25 players.
San Antonio opens the 2014-15 season Friday night as they host the Iowa Wild. Puck drop is slated for 7:30 p.m., and it will be a Dollar Drink Night at the AT&T Center. Individual and season tickets can be purchased by calling a Rampage representative at 210-444-5554 or online at sarampage.com .
