
Portland Pirates Reduce Training Camp Roster

Saco, ME - The Portland Pirates announced today that they have reduced their training camp rosters by eight players.
The following players were either released or assigned to the Pirates' ECHL affiliate, the Gwinnett Gladiators:

A total of 27 players remain in training camp at the Portland Pirates Training Camp, including four goalies, nine defensemen, and 14 forwards.
The Pirates begin the regular season at the newly-renovated Cross Insurance Arena this Saturday, October 11 against the Providence Bruins at 7:00 p.m. Pirates Opening Night is Presented by Bill Dodge Auto Group. The special Opening Night Pack starts at $32 and includes an opening night ticket, a Pirates t-shirt, and another ticket to a game of your choice. Other packages start with the Six Pack Pick-"ËEm for $96, all the way up to the Full Season package.
