Rampage Recall from Loan Forward David Pacan

SAN ANTONIO (January 26, 2013) - San Antonio Rampage general manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled from loan forward David Pacan from the team's ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Pacan, 21, leads the Cyclones with 35 points (10 goals, 25 assists) in 36 games. The 6-foot-3, 205 pound forward played in three games for the Rampage this season from Nov. 25-30, recording two assists for his first professional points. A sixth round pick (177th overall) of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, Pacan spent the last two seasons with the Niagara IceDogs of the Ontario Hockey League and played in 133 games, recording 49 goals and 77 assists. During the IceDogs playoff run last year, Pacan averaged 1.00 points per game on eight goals and 12 assists in 20 games as the club made it to the Robertson Cup Finals.

The Rampage and Stars will wrap up the two game home-and-home series tonight (Saturday) at Cedar Park Center at 7:00 p.m. The Silver and Black will return to the AT&T Center on Friday, Feb. 1 for their third annual Pink in the Rink night to support breast health awareness. The Silver and Black will square off against the Rockford Ice Hogs on Pink in the Rink Night at 7:30 p.m. on a KZEP Dollar Drink Night.
