VS. RAMPAGE...Wednesday night's Bradley Center game between the Admirals and Rampage will mark the fourth meeting of the year between the two teams. Each team has won all of the games on their home ice. The Admirals were 6-2 and 4-2 winners over San Antonio at the Bradley Center in October and dropped a 4-1 decision to the Rampage at the SBC 11/12.

VS. PHANTOMS...The Admirals begin a seven-game road trip Friday night in Philadelphia when they meet the Phantoms for the first time this season. Last year, the Admirals scored two shutout wins over Philadelphia. Chris Mason earned a 3-0 shutout on February 22nd and Jan Lasak was a 5-0 shutout winner at the Bradley Center on March 15th.

VS. BEARS...Saturday night, the Admirals take on the Hershey Bears at the brand new Giant Center. It is the first time the two teams have ever met. The Bears moved into their new home after spending the last 64 years in the Hersheypark Arena. The Bears have won eight Calder Cup titles since beginning play in 1938.

ROSTER REVISIONS...The Nashville Predators this week reassigned Darren Haydar, Greg Classen, Bubba Berenzweig, and Dominic Pittis to Milwaukee. The Predators also recalled forwards Greg Koehler and Vern Fiddler. The Admirals signed center Geoff Peters Tuesday. The former Trenton Titan played for Admirals' head coach Peter Horacheck last season in Trenton and started this season with Reading (ECHL). Milwaukee released Nick Angell, Bruce Richardson and Nick Parillo.

ROAD WARRIORS...The Admirals embark on a seven-game road trip starting Friday night. As they begin their longest journey of the year, Milwaukee is 4-2-2-0 in eight previous road games. Milwaukee has outscored their road opponents 21-17.

DARREN TO BE GREAT...Rookie Darren Haydar continues to set a torrid pace among AHL rookies. The league's top rookie in October continues to lead all rookies in scoring (20pts), goals (10), assists (10), shooting percentage (29.4) and +/- (+12). Haydar is third in scoring among all players in the league. He is the team leader in scoring, goals, +/-, and game-winning goals (2). In claiming top rookie honors in October, the former University of New Hampshire star earned at least one point in every game and ended the month with 10pts (6g-4a), and was a +9 in six games.

THE NATURAL...Forward Greg Koehler scored a rare "natural hat trick" Thursday night in Houston. Koehler scored three straight goals with no one scoring in-between for either team. It was the second hat trick of the season for Milwaukee. Greg Classen scored three goals at Grand Rapids on November 2nd.

CHRIS-CROSSED...Goaltender Chris Madden has played the last two games for Milwaukee. He was not suppose to play Friday night, but was forced into action just prior to the face-off with the Chicago Wolves. Scheduled starting netminder Jan Lasak was unable to start the game due to the stomach flu. Madden jumped right in and stopped 30/32 shots in recording his first win as an Admiral.

THE PUCK STOPS HERE...Goaltender Jan Lasak recorded the team's first shutout of the year and fourth of his Admirals' career Thursday night in Houston. In his last four games, Lasak has given up just six goals and is 3-1-0 during that span. His goals-against-average currently stands at 2.55 and his save percentage is .915. The Slovakian National Team goaltender also recorded his first multiple-point game of his career when he earned two assists 10/23 vs. San Antonio.

CLOSING THE DEAL...The Admirals have been great finishers this season. They have outscored their opponents in the third period 20-14. They have scored at least one goal in 13/15 third periods this season and have scored at least two third period goals in five games. The Admirals have been outscored only four times in the third period this season.

BALANCING ACT...Nineteen different Admirals have scored the team's 53 goals this season. Bruce Richardson was the latest to be added to that list with a goal Thursday night in Houston.

ALL GAMES. ALL SEATS. ALL TICKETS TO PARADISE. $12!!!... Popular recording star, Eddie Money will perform in a pre-game concert Saturday, January 17th when the Admirals play the Houston Aeros at the Bradley Center. Money's hits include "Two Tickets To Paradise", "Baby Hold On", and "Think I'm in Love". It will be the second time Money has performed prior to an Admirals' game. His previous appearance drew over 17,000 fans in 1996.
