Ramirez Extends Shutout Streak, Wins Third Straight Decision, 3-0

RHP Luis Ramirez extend his shutout streak to 23 innings over his last three starts going six against Lexington allowing just four hits and striking out seven. The Shorebirds got the offense going with back-to-back RBI doubles from Jason Fransz and Arturo Rivas in the fourth inning. Then Fransz hit another RBI double in the fifth to give the Shorebirds the three run lead. Robinson, Cahill and Henington closed out the game and the shut out for Delmarva.
