Idaho Steelheads News Release
(Boise, ID) - Project Filter, a program helping people quit tobacco when they are ready, has come on-board as the Title Sponsor for this fall's Project Filter Dallas Stars Training Camp in Boise.
The Dallas Stars, the NHL affiliate of the ECHL's Idaho Steelheads, will be holding its training camp at Boise's CenturyLink Arena in September and will also be featured in an NHL exhibition game on September 25 against the Minnesota Wild.
"Project Filter is proud to team with the Idaho Steelheads to help bring the Dallas Stars to Boise in September," said Jack Miller, the Project Filter Program Manager. "Our ongoing partnership with the Steelheads has helped fans find the resources and support to quit tobacco when they were ready and we're excited to continue to spread the message with the help of the Steelheads, CenturyLink Arena, and the NHL'ers coming to Boise."
As Title Sponsor, Project Filter will be prominently displayed and featured in all activities surrounding the Stars' stay in Boise, from training camp through the exhibition game against the Wild.
"We're very proud of our partnership with Project Filter through the years," Steelheads and CenturyLink Arena President Eric Trapp said. "We're looking forward to showcasing their message and services in conjunction with the visit from our NHL affiliate this fall."
