
Express Play Host to Toledo, Wheeling this Week

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, battle the Toledo Walleye on Wednesday and Saturday and take on the Wheeling Nailers on Sunday at the Sears Centre Arena this week.
The action begins tomorrow, as the Express take on the Toledo Walleye. The Walleye have not made an appearance at the Sears Centre since December 14, and Chicago has not played Toledo since January 27. During the second intermission, fans can throw Chuck-A-Pucks on the ice for a chance to win prizes. Chuck-A-Pucks are on sale in the concourse during the game, and can be purchased for $1 per puck, or $5 for six pucks. Prizes include tickets to future Express games, a Chicago Express Tuxedo Jersey worn during warm-ups for the inaugural home game, and an oil change from Biggers Chevrolet. Winners of the Express tickets and oil change are also entered to win a trip from Apple Vacations or a big screen TV.
Following the game, two Express players will be at the autograph table located in the club. Stop by to get pictures and autographs after the game. A club ticket is not required to join the autograph session. To get tickets to tomorrow's game, click here. The doors open at 6:00 pm with the puck drop at 7:00 pm.
On Saturday, March 3, the Walleye are back in town. Fans can get Rally Towels, courtesy of Biggers Chevrolet of Elgin, as they enter the building. The second intermission will feature the Chuck-A-Puck contest, and once again on Saturday night two Express players will be at the autograph table after the contest. The doors open at 6:30 pm on Saturday, with the puck drop at 7:30 pm.
Sunday's game brings a new opponent to the Sears Centre Arena, as the Wheeling Nailers visit Chicago for the first time. As always, fan can participate in the Chuck-A-Puck contest during the second intermission, and as with all of our Sunday games, fans in attendance are invited for a free skate with the team after the game. Limited skate rental is available, and fans are encouraged to bring their own skates.
For all three games, fans are invited to enjoy Trax Town, courtesy of the Great American Insurance Group, during every home game. Admission to Trax Town is free with your ticket to the game, and includes fun hockey related games such as air hockey, bubble hockey, Gockey, inflatable puck shots, and NHL 2012 on multiple video game platforms.
