FLORENCE, SC – The Florence Pride, proud members of the ECHL, announced today a new student ticket price that will be in effect for all remaining home games this season.

Starting with this weekend's home games, any student can purchase a 400-level ticket for just $7, which is a savings of $3 off of the normal $10 price. This offer applies to students from elementary school through college. College students will need to show their student ID card at the box office to be eligible to receive the discounted price.

The student ticket price is in addition to the Pride's Sunday Kids' Day promotion. All kids 12 and under can purchase tickets for just $2.50 at all Sunday home games this season, and can also purchase a kid's meal, which consists of a hot dog, chips and a small soda for just $2.50. All other students will be able to purchase the $7 ticket at Sunday home games.

"We realize that families make up a major part of our fan base," Pride Senior Vice President of Operations Jack Capuano said. "With this new student ticket price, we are trying to make our games a little more affordable for all of the families in the area to come out and watch us play."

The Pride are home for a pair of games this weekend. Friday, they host the Augusta Lynx on "Trick-or-Treat Night with the Pride." Fans are invited to come dressed in their Halloween costumes to take part in a costume contest. In addition, kids will be able to trick-or-treat at the civic center's concession stands. Saturday, the Pride take on the Trenton Titans for the only time this season. Both games start at 7:30.

Tickets for all Pride home games are available at the Florence Civic Center Box Office, all TicketMaster outlets, by phone at (843) 679-9333 or on-line at www.ticketmaster.com.
