Windsor, CO â The Colorado Eagles of the Central Hockey League (CHL) are 1-3-0 on the 2003-04 season. The Eagles take on the Oklahoma City Blazers Wednesday, October 29, face-off is set for 7:05 p.m. at the Budweiser Events Center. Wednesday night games are sponsored by American Family Insurance. The Eagles Chicks will perform before the game at 6:36 p.m. and Stephanie Lane Harris will sing the National Anthem. The Eagles encourage fans to come to the game in their most creative Halloween Costume to receive free chocolate from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The Colorado Eagles will host their first Junior Reporter at the game. Eleven year old Jennifer Rose who attends Dunn Elementary was selected by the league to be the Eagles first junior reporter in franchise history. As a junior reporter Jennifer will write a story that will be posted on the CHL website (www.centralhockeyleague.com) and on the Colorado Eagles website (www.coloradoeagles.com) following the game. The Colorado Eagles will host Junior Reports for the following games: November 22 vs. Indianapolis; December 13 vs. New Mexico; January 10 vs. Odessa; February 15 vs. Amarillo; March 6 vs. Fort Worth.

COACH'S SHOW
Head Coach Chris Stewart's "Coach's Show" will air next Monday, November 3, at 5 p.m. on 1410 AM the Zone. The show is broadcast live from Bennigans in Fort Collins and is hosted by The Zone's Kevin McGlue and the Colorado Eagles play-by-play personality, Tori Holt. Next week's "Coach's Show" will consist of commentary on the Colorado Eagles Wednesday night rematch against the Oklahoma City Blazers and the away games Friday and Saturday against New Mexico and Amarillo. A couple players will be there to discuss the games as well. Fans are encouraged to come to Bennigan's to listen to the show, and if they cannot make it they can always call in with questions.

Notes: The Colorado Eagles faced the Oklahoma City Blazers just last Friday, October 24, and suffered a disappointing 4-1 loss. The Blazers out shot the Colorado Eagles 35 shots to 26. Eagles defenseman Brad Williamson was able to score a goal 2:40 into the second period creating a 1-0 lead. Williamson's goal was answered by the Blazers when they managed to score 3 goals in the second period in only four minutes. Fri. Oct. 31 7:05 p.m. @ New Mexico

11/28 AT GAME Teddy Bear Toss: Fans can bring new stuffed animals to the game to throw onto the ice. The animals will be donated to the Toy Drive and there will be teddy bears available for purchase at the game as well.
