
Pigs, Bisons Set for Day-Night Doubleheader

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will host the Buffalo Bisons in a day-night doubleheader on Saturday. First pitch of game one at Coca-Cola Park is slated for 12:05 p.m. while game two is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
RHP Reinier Roibal (0-1, 7.00) will be on the bump for the IronPigs in game one. Roibal's last outing came in relief with Double-A Reading on Tuesday at Hartford when he walked one and fanned one in 0.1 IP. The right-hander is 0-0 with a 6.57 ERA in 4 GS for manager Dave Brundage's squad this season.
RHP Drew Hutchison (3-3, 3.12) gets the ball for the Bisons in game one on Saturday afternoon. The Lakeland, Fla., native earned the win on Sunday vs. Charlotte when he gave up two runs on three hits to go along with two walks and seven strikeouts in six innings of work. Back on April 29 against the Pigs, Hutchison allowed one run on six hits over 6.0 IP in a no-decision at Coca-Cola Park.
LHP James Russell (1-2, 3.77) takes the hill for the Pigs in the nightcap on Saturday. Russell was tagged with the loss on Sunday vs. Durham after allowing seven runs on nine hits while walking three and fanning three in 3.1 IP. The Texas product is 0-2 with a 4.21 ERA in 6 GS for the IronPigs this season.
LHP Scott Diamond (4-6, 3.16) will toe the rubber for Buffalo opposite Russell on Saturday night. Diamond's last outing came in relief for the Blue Jays on Monday vs. the Phillies when he gave up three runs on two hits while walking a pair in an inning of work. Diamond is 3-2 with a 2.14 ERA in 9 G (8 GS) against Lehigh Valley in his career.
With a three-hit game on Friday, Pigs OF Cedric Hunter is hitting .345-1-12 in his last 16 games (19-55, 2 2B, 6 R).
The first 1,500 fans 17 and under in attendance for game one will receive an IronPigs Youth Replica Jersey presented by Capital BlueCross. Following game two, there will be postgame fireworks presented by TD Bank.
